- Individual Applications are not accepted.
- Group of Experts, Organizations are welcome.
- Be aware that the above groups and organization must have registered in DICA.
- Registered companies in DICA are automatically illegible.
- Third Party Inspection Team (TPIS) must be led by P.E (construction) or P.E (Structure).
- TPIS must have sufficient quantity of RSE’s and R.E’s.
- P.E from other disciplines (Apart form civil) can be participated.
