Duties and Responsibilities

  • To review the design concept
  • To check the design proposal based on local prevailing requirements.
  • To make comments and give suggestions, where required, for appropriate amendment/correction to be followed by the designer.
  • To countersign the final proposed design.
  • To be present at CQHP during the designer’s presentation.
  • To assist the designer in responding/complying to comments made by CQHP.
  • The responsibilities of the National Counterparts (NCP) end with the final approval by CQHP for the submitted proposed project design.
